Sales to the United States


Working with CCC, the U.S. Marine Corps access the innovative work of London, Ontario’s Armatec, a pioneering company in the field of holistic survivability that sets the standard for armoured vehicle crew protection. Initial orders led to a steady increase in purchase from the U.S. DoD, leading to a new Armatec facility opening in Dorchester, Ontario.

G.T. Machining

By working with CCC, U.S. Army TACOM, the Canadian Army and the Dutch Army have purchased millions of dollars worth of engine and transmission containers, bridging pallets, medium and heavy container-handling units, and crane and cargo box overhaul services from G.T. Machining of Napanee, Ontario. Current purchases from G.T. Machining exceed well over $175 million USD.


As part of a continuing working relationship with the U.S. DoD, CCC has been working with Héroux-Devtek of Longueuil, Quebec, for over 40 years to deliver landing gear, repair and overhaul services to the U.S. Air Force.


CCC managed the contract between MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (MDA) of Brampton, Ontario for NASA for both the NASA Space Robotic Arms and the Hubble Telescope Repair Mission Robot Arm. Over the course of the partnership, CCC arranged contractual agreements totaling over $800 million for these engineering services and technical components.


Neptec Design Group of Ottawa, Ontario specializes in advanced space, defence and industrial systems and applications, and maintains a reputation of quality and reliability in the design, manufacturing, installation and support of its sensor systems with the Space Shuttle, International Space Station and other major space programs. Since 1995, CCC has built a long-standing partnership with Neptec in order to deliver the goods and services required by NASA’s programs under a solid and effective government-to-government arrangement.

Raytheon ELCAN Optical Technologies

When the U.S. Army and Navy were looking for optically superior combat sights, CCC’s supplier review and contract review process helped them connect with Canada’s Raytheon ELCAN Optical Technologies of Midland, Ontario, one of the world’s leading developers and manufacturers of portable sighting systems and custom optoelectronic products. Proving capable of meeting the buyer’s tight timeline, the company was awarded a five-year contract.

Ultra Electronics Tactical Communication Systems

For years, the U.S. Army has worked through CCC to access the technical expertise of Montreal, Quebec’s Ultra Electronics TCS (Ultra TCS), purchasing high-performance radio from a world leader in tactical communications products. The U.S. Army’s new, long-term contract for state-of-the-art radios, ancillary equipment and technical support services is estimated at $650 million USD.
