The Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC) is proud to team up with Festo Didactic for a CAD $1.7 million dollar contract with the Development Fund of Moquegua, to help expand the skilled workforce of Moquegua, Peru.
Based in Quebec City, Festo is a world-leading provider of equipment and solutions for technical education. Through this contract, the company will supply and install cutting-edge educational laboratory equipment to the Instituto de Educación Superior Público José Carlos Mariátegui de Moquegua. Festo will also provide training as part of multi-phased plans developed by the institute and supported by the Fund, to improve the quality of education in the Moquegua region.
The Development Fund of Moquegua works with local and regional governments to invest proceeds from the mining industry into important development initiatives that benefit the whole region, such as expanding the skilled labour force.
Through commercial advocacy, collaborative project development and international contracting expertise, CCC helps Canadian exporters of all sizes like Festo to access new markets and grow their business.
