Kickstart your career with CCC
We value student talent, aiming to shape the future and support our community. We hire students every summer to support our various teams and give them the opportunity to apply the learnings from their program in a fast-paced work environment.
Variety of roles
While we primarily hire students for accounting, finance, and contract management roles, opportunities also exist in computer science, communications and marketing, HR, and business development.
Hands-on experience
Our student co-op program provides great learning opportunities, with a variety of tasks and projects that will challenge you and allow you to build your professional experience. Students gain practical experience, apply their academic knowledge, and build leadership and communications skills through project work and interactions with our management team.
Opportunities for growth
These four-month work terms can be credited to your post-secondary school’s co-op program. Impressively, many of our students transition seamlessly into full-time roles after graduating. Project Manager, Digital Marketing
CCC is an amazing place to begin your career. I started as a summer student then got hired full-time once I graduated. Every step of the way, I’ve been met with challenging yet fulfilling work, presented with amazing opportunities, and made connections with incredibly talented people. Working at CCC has helped me develop my professional capabilities and allowed me to discover the career path that’s right for me. If you’re looking for somewhere to gain hands-on experience and long-lasting connections, CCC is the place for you.
Justin Christensen
Legal Counsel
CCC offers students real-world commercial experience opportunities that many employers simply can’t. The unique, challenging and diverse work students at CCC are immersed in allows them to reach a level of professional experience and skill development not usually attainable in other public-sector student work environments. My #1 piece of advice would be to not be afraid to volunteer for work on commercial projects or in industry sectors that interest you – even if it’s outside your comfort zone.

Export Sales Manager
Among all the things that make CCC a great place to work, there’s a rich sense of purpose that I find in my role within the Business Development team. Getting to interact with Canadian companies and foreign governments daily, seeing the impact at the source, and having a role to play keeps things energetic. Getting to do all of this alongside like-minded colleagues is an extra special bonus! To anyone just getting started on their CCC journey, I would stress the importance of curiosity. Getting to know the people in the organization is the best way to understand how things are done!
