Diane Montambault
Vice-President, Contract Management and Operations
Diane Montambault was appointed CCC’s Vice-President of Contract Management and Operations in June 2021. Ms. Montambault is recognized as an effective leader, skilled in the formulation of operational plans aligned with the organization’s strategy. She provides the hands-on management necessary to ensure execution in accordance with all applicable policies.
Prior to her appointment, Ms. Montambault held a number of senior roles at L3 Harris MAS, where she managed teams dedicated to program management, legal, governance, sourcing, and security. Prior to joining L3 Harris MAS, she worked for Howard & Associés as a lawyer practicing commercial and civil law. In addition to her extensive management credentials, Ms. Montambault is also a member of the Bar of Quebec.
Ms. Montambault holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Montréal.
