Ottawa, CANADA – CCC is pleased to announce the signature of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Ministry of Health of Kuwait to explore government-to-government (G2G) collaboration and contracts in the field of health care.
The MOU was formally signed on October 30th in Kuwait City by the Minister of Health, Dr Ahmad Al-Awadhi, and CCC’s Director of Business Development, Jeff Ryce. As part of the MOU, CCC and the Ministry of Health will identify project opportunities where CCC can introduce Canadian expertise and technology and present project proposals that align with the needs of the Kuwaiti government and its people.
This MOU further enhances Canada and Kuwait bilateral relations by expanding the relationship to include health as well as trade, defence and environmental cooperation.
CCC operates at the crossroads of commerce and international relations to forge commercial contracts between Canadian businesses and foreign governments, through G2G contracts. Every G2G contract signed by CCC has the legal effect of being signed in the name of the Government of Canada and comes with an assurance of contract performance.
CCC is working to support Canadian businesses across the region. Most recently, CCC signed an agreement with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to explore the development and implementation of a Super Energy Service Company (Super ESCO), which will help generate energy efficiencies and reduce the country’s carbon emissions.
CCC offers MOUs to government buyers to allow the participants to explore government-to-government collaboration on important projects through G2G contracts that align with and respect national procurement laws.
