The Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC) joins JV Driver in applauding the completion of Ghana’s new world class container handling and devanning port terminal. The USD $110 million investment from the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA) will create new jobs, generate revenue, and promote economic opportunities that benefit every Ghanaian.

Located in Kpone, the new port terminal includes a Devanned Car Park, Devanning Area, Empty Container Station, Container Storage and Freight Station, as well as peripheral support shops, offices, and access road.
JV Driver, in partnership with CCC, secured the international contract that resulted in the transfer of GPHA’s existing Container Handling and Devanning Terminal in Tema, to a new 40-acre site in Kpone.

Through a government-to-government contracting approach, CCC positions qualified Canadian exporters like JV Driver to win international contracts with governments abroad, while significantly reducing the risks associated with foreign procurement.
